FRM-47001: Cannot create parameter list myparam : list with this name already exists

I face this error when I try to call report from forms 11G which I’m using parameter list (my param) to pass parameters to report from forms
please give me a solution for this error

      just you need every time to check if the parameter list exists…. If so , delete it before you try to create it.

      DECLARE pl_id ParamList;
BEGIN
pl_id := Get_Parameter_List('tempdata');
IF NOT Id_Null(pl_id) THEN
Destroy_Parameter_List(pl_id);
END IF;
END;
