Accounting periods must be defined for the GL Date error from ar_invoice_api_pub.create_single_invoice

hello guys,

when i am attempting to use this API ar_invoice_api_pub.create_single_invoice i faced this error :

16919937-: Accounting periods must be defined for the GL Date. = 01-SEP-18

note: the GL accounting period (SEP-18) is opened
