SELECT TO_CHAR(SYSDATE,’SSSSS’) FROM DUAL; — will return like 54071
SELECT TO_CHAR(TO_DATE(54071,’SSSSS’),’HH24:MI:SS’) FROM DUAL;– will RETURN like 15:01:11
