when am trying to install EBS R12 it failed With me and i need to continue my installation.

Hi ,
Try using the below steps:
1- Run this command ./rapidwiz -restart
2- it will open the install screen and will have the saved configuration file. The saved configuration file can be found at 2 places.
*) /tmp/usr/conf_SID.txt
*) $ORACLE_HOME/appsutil/conf_SID.txt
3- choose the right saved configuration file, the installer will start from the same point where it got failed.
