Is there any function in SQL or PL/SQL to add space to string value ?
for example : this value ‘oraask’ i need the result to be like this : ‘ora ask’

You can use RPAD or LPAD functions with spaces
select 'Ora' || rpad(' ',5,' ') || 'Ask' from dual;
