You can use REGEXP_SUBSTR to find the nth specific string from comma delimiter string
Example:
SELECT REGEXP_SUBSTR ('Oraask,Google,yahoo,new,old,etc','[^,]+' , 1, 3) third_value FROM DUAL;Result:
